The Ridge began as an outreach branch of Ridge Road Baptist Church, the owner and operator of the space, and has transformed into a hub for local arts, community groups, church congregations, and more.
A Community HUB
The Ridge is an event space and community center dedicated to giving space to any and all who need a place to meet. We are made up of a variety of groups that we call our partners and residents. These groups all call our building “home.”
We currently have over 10 partners and residents including 5 independent churches of different beliefs and cultures, a service volunteer group, a Ukrainian cultural hub, a children’s performing arts group, a private mental health counselor, and more.
A social HUB
As a partner at The Ridge, these groups also engage in larger Ridge-sponsored events such as service projects, public concerts and plays, and social gatherings. These events all draw back to our main mission: bringing the Raleigh community together.

But we don’t stop at supporting our partners. We host one-off events for our Raleigh neigbhors nearly every week including weddings, workshops, craft fairs, baby and bridal showers, retirement parties, and pretty much anything else you can think of.
